You guys suck. I wouldn't go back to you if you were the last tire shop left on earth. First you bring me in for an "Appointment " early in the morning and quote 3-4 hours to complete a simple wheel alignment. Then after 6 hours with no word at all from you, I hear some sob story about how your machine is broken and now it wont be til the next day before you're fixed enough to complete the job. Also the front counter staff kept my wife waiting while they didled with his wife and kid during normal business hours. So slip shod and a true lack of concern on your part makes me want to tell all my friends, family and all their friends and family to Never patronize your shop. I have zero confidence that you guys would ever do a good job and Ill certainly will never go back. Its amazing to me that you've stayed in business for so long with such idiotic business practices.

Mr. Danger, We are sorry that you feel how you do. Firebird Tire has produced thousands of alignments in the past which the outcome has been very positive. We cannot control our two year old equipment breaking down. Jonathon whom you refer to in your rant, offered your wife a $100.off an alignment in the future. Our alignments happen to be one of the most sought after heavy duty alignments in Arizona. Again , we are sorry how these circumstances worked out, but just like you, we will never align any vehicle you may bring us as we also reserve the right to refuse service to customers.
