We were VERY pleased with the advice and service offered by Paul & Rafael. We needed to replace Michelin tires on a 2016 Tiffin 31SA. Struggling with decision on whether to replace with the Michelins or make an economical choice and go with Toyo tires. Many reviews were giving positive endorsement to the Toyo tires. The positive endorsement from Paul & Rafael helped us decide to go with the Toyo tire. We explained we were enroute to a destination south of Phoenix so they were very prompt with our quote - which was the best of the shops we contacted. We confirmed it in the morning - they picked up the tires from a local Toyo distributer and they were installed and we were on the road by 5 pm that day. FIVE Star service.

Great job guys! My wife and I are thoroughly impressed at the ride quality and quietness of the Yokohama 101ZL tires you installed on our motorhome Oct 11, 2021. I really struggled with sticking with Michelins that have been on every coach I've owned but have to say the advice and reviews from other customers about these tires was dead on. We weren't 10 miles from your shop when my wife, [ the one with the keen hearing] commented on how smooth the motorhome rode and how quiet it was! I'm sure your high-tech balancing process has something to do with that. That coupled with a better price and more resistance to weather checking make for a great deal. Although you couldn't align it due to the slide out issue, it steers great as before. Thanks for straight goods, a good price, tires on hand as promised and job completed on time.
Hi, Firebird Tire is awesome. We were traveling from California to Texas to help my brother complete a military transfer. We suffered a tread separation on Interstate 17 just outside of Flagstaff on one of the tires on his 5th wheel trailer. We called about a dozen tires shops and none of them had the tires we needed. We showed up without an appointment just as they were closing the gates for the night. Firebird Tire helped us out immensely by installing a new set of tires for his 5th wheel. They even gave him a military discount. We were able to keep going. I especially appreciated the air conditioning in their waiting room -- we have heat in Sacramento in August but not like Phoenix in May.
What a great shop. took my 34 foot Fleetwood in for some new tires. They put on a set of Sumitomo tires, They also installed new valve stems. They are much easer to access. Great service.
